"Yeni HAYAT" Ltd

It has been created in 2002 for building construction in Baku.

Company since 2002 in the market habitation has received image, the stable quickly developing company which conducts constructions on the means. Every year turn of the company grows and the profit increases.

Beginning of activity company was construction of the high-altitude house in area Narimanskom Baku on street Yhya Bakuvi in 2002.

Being simultaneously customer and contractor of this construction. We have created on the basis of " Yeni HAYAT " MTK a building brigade and engineering group of construction superintendents high class which conducted this construction under our control. Building base created by us conducts all work till today, extending and involving new experts of high level.

Apartment house has been constructed on the redeemed private site by total area 1581,8м2. 16-ти the floor 2 block house a total area 12500м2 consists of 74 apartments with the isolated court yard. House has been put into operation of 10/29/2004 and till today is at us on service. We plan to carry out it and on other projects.

Second project "Yeni HAYAT" MTK was construction of a high-altitude building in city centre on av. Azerbaijan 55. - "New LIFE PLAZA"

Construction of building has begun in 2004 and will be put into operation of 10/1/2007. Building located on the redeemed private site by the area 1900м2. Purpose of our second project was to show level of our company, our experts and firms of contractors which with us work till today.

Before there has been begun the project, we have carried out marketing research among firms of contractors which have to the full justified the problems assigned to them. All has been used the best, qualitative and dear.

Our two projects are an example for other new buildings and are entered in an architectural ensemble of city. About what it was spoken in mass media. We it are proud, and we wish to be always the first. From here and names of our company "Yeni HAYAT", it is meant with "new Life". We spread the small particle in construction "new life" of our city.

It was primary the purpose of the project to outstrip time that and in 25 years the building corresponded level of construction. Each new project increases structural and financial potential of the company. All means reinvestment purposefully in one following project.

Company sensitively reacts to inquiries of the market. Today we see, that the task in view is solved, but the potential of the company is used not completely. During construction of building the architecturally-design group which unique projects our building located on the prospectus of Azerbaijan 55, have been created has headed architect Akmeev Farid designed in city some. Also works above our third project: "NEW LIFE CITY". It will be more grandiose and scale  level of construction in which the best materials and equipment which will be used are present in the world markets.

Overlapping in one complex of the inhabited elite house "New Life Rezidence", business center "New Life Plaza" and hypermarket “ New LIFE STORY ” and other auxiliary structures will be new in an architectural ensemble of city.
